Our vision
is to create a vibrant waterside environment...
...with sustainable new homes, restaurants, cafés and bars
alongside the waterfront, together with much needed new community facilities
including areas of public open space for the local community
softened by increased tree planting. Decathlon, widely used
by both local people and visitors alike, would remain on
site in a new two level store fronting onto Canada Water.
We want to bring what is currently an underused
and unattractive site into vibrant and exciting use with
a scheme that complements and enhances the Canada Water area.
