We
are looking to build a series of terraced apartments with
roof gardens and landscaped public space.
With the lower
rise buildings adjacent to the water's edge, the buildings
will rise up in height to approximately 10 storeys
approaching the Surrey Quays Road. All apartments will be
designed to a high standard of sustainability and will include
mechanisms for increasing energy efficiency and minimising
waste.
