Welcome to the new website for WatersideView
This website has been created on behalf of developer Conrad Phoenix (Canada Water) Ltd to present the emerging design proposals for WatersideView, a proposed vibrant new waterside development
along the eastern quay of Canada Water.
The proposals for WatersideView, formerly
known as Site C (the Decathlon site), have been conceived
within the context of London Borough of Southwark's plans for
the wider regeneration of the Canada Water area and the Unitary
Development Plan.
Developer
Conrad Phoenix understands that to enable delivery of the
right development to enhance the local environment, it is vital that
the views of key stakeholders and the local community
are taken on board and incorporated into the overall design.
We
are therefore using this website as one of a number of ways
to invite the local community to get involved with the project
and feedback thoughts on the ideas as they develop.
